Why valves to paint and valve supply what?
Why the valve is being painted?
Cast iron, carbon steel, alloy steel material valve, the outer surface should be painted factory. The valve shall be painted according to the different color of the pressure housing material, please refer to the color specified in Table 1-1. When the user order contract is required, paint according to the color specified by the user.

The inner surface of iron valve shall be coated with anti-rust paint that meets the use temperature range, non-toxic and pollution-free, and the inner surface of steel valve shall not be painted.
The paint layer should be durable and beautiful, and ensure that the logo is obviously clear. Use can meet the use of the temperature, non-toxic, pollution-free paint.
The coating layer of the hand wheel parts shall follow the contract provisions or the enterprise standard.
The surface of the pressure shell of the copper alloy valve is not painted.
The pressure shell surface of acid-resistant steel and stainless steel valves is not painted. If the contract requires paint, paint according to the contract requirements. Painting of valve drive device: manual gear drive mechanism, the paint color of the surface is the color of the valve surface; the paint color of valve drive device (pneumatic, hydraulic, electric, etc.) is generally according to the enterprise standard, and the color specified by the user.
What is the supply of valves?
The supply of valves shall be in accordance with the provisions of the relevant standards. Valves on special pipelines such as petroleum, chemical industry, electric power and aerospace can be supplied according to the agreement reached by both parties. However, the minimum condition of supply shall meet the following requirements.
① Valves shall be brand new and qualified products meeting the relevant standards.
② Except for austenitic stainless steel and copper valves, other metal valves shall be painted or coated according to the contract.
③ The processed outer surface must be coated with easily removed rust repellent. Unless otherwise specified in the contract, the inner cavity of the valve shall not be painted, but anti-rust measures shall be taken.
④ The valve shall have a clear mark.
⑤ The sign shall be firmly fixed in the obvious part of the valve, its contents must be complete, correct and shall comply with the provisions of GB / T 13306, and its materials shall be made of stainless steel, copper alloy or aluminum alloy.
⑥ The valve shall be removed from the surface, and the inner cavity shall remove the remaining test medium.
⑦ When the valve leaves the factory, the opening and closing parts of the ball valve and the cock valve should be in the open position, the butterfly valve of non-metal elastic material should be opened for 4°~5°, the opening and closing parts of the check valve should be fixed in the closed position, and the opening and closing parts of other valves should be in the closed position. Those equipped with heavy hammers should be removed from the lever.
⑧ Valve two end flange sealing surface, welding ends, thread end and valve cavity should be protected by end cover, and should be easy to install and dismantle.
⑨ The exposed part of the valve stem shall be protected.
⑩ The valve shall be equipped with non-corrosive packing that meets the use requirements.
⑪ Valves shall be packaged and shipped except as per the contract. Such as box, bags, etc
⑫ Valve should accompany the product certificate, product specification and packing list,
⑬ Valves shall be stored in a dry room and stacked; not in open air to prevent damage and corrosion. Lining valves and plastic valves shall be prohibited from contact with all substances that to the lining quality. The most suitable storage temperature is 5~35℃ to prevent freezing and cracking and aging of rubber and plastic.
⑭ Within 18 months from the date of delivery, under the normal operating conditions specified in the product manual, the damage caused by material defects, manufacturing quality, design reasons and other reasons shall be responsible for free maintenance or replacement of the parts or the whole product.
What is a valve, a product certificate?
Product qualification certificate or product quality certificate is the legal document of the product quality certificate provided by the manufacturer (the supplier). In addition to the contents provided on the product nameplate, it also includes the product standards executed by the manufacturer, the signature of the quality department and the inspection personnel, the name of the manufacturer, the ex-factory date, the factory number (series number) and the quantity, etc.

How to install, operate and maintain the valve products?
Valve product manual is an important technical document to introduce the valve product use, working principle, performance, structure size, main parts materials, maintenance, installation and use, and troubleshooting methods and other contents, is the basis of the user reasonable installation and use of the valve, but also an important equipment archives of the department. Therefore, it should be properly kept. The main contents of the product installation instructions are shown in Table 1-7.

What is the packing list of valve products?
The packing list of valve products is the goods certificate shipped by the manufacturer (supplier) to the user (user) with the product, and is also one of the basis for the user to accept the goods. The contents of the packing list is shown in Table 1-8.
