API600 Extended Stem Gate Valve

The API600 extended stem gate valve adopts a design scheme that can free maintenance and extended the valve stem. The valve stem can be flexibly customized according to the depth of the valve well. The top of the valve stem is equipped with a valve switch display, and can be equipped with a signal remote transmission device and a valve wrong switch locking device.

1. The overall valve cover is darkened. Stem design, compact structure; two-body structure of stem nut and gate, no jamming phenomenon; straight passage, no leakage cavity; stem seal adopts "O"-shaped sealing ring.

2. It has excellent anti-corrosion performance. The inner and outer surfaces of the shell are sprayed with epoxy resin, and the inner surface is lined with enamel when necessary; the connecting bolts are hexagonal socket bolts and the top is sealed with glue.

3. Reliable sanitary epoxy resin , and the gate is entirely covered with rubber conforming to sanitary inspection; the valve stem, valve stem nut and other parts are made of stainless steel or bronze that are not corroded by water. Suitable for drinking water, water supply and drainage, sewage treatment, natural gas and gas, industry and food industries.
