Spiral Wound Gasket

The spiral wound gasket has high compression and resilience performance, with multi-channel sealing and certain self-tightening function. It is less sensitive to surface defects on the flange pressing surface and does not adhere to the flange sealing surface, which can partially eliminate the influence of pressure and temperature change and mechanical vibration. It can maintain its excellent sealing performance under various harsh conditions such as high temperature, low temperature, high vacuum, vibration, etc.

Technical parameters of spiral wound gasket:

Spiral wound gasket coefficient m=2.5-4
Spiral wound gasket operating pressure ≤25MPa
Spiral wound gasket operating temperature -196℃~700℃(not higher than 600℃in oxidizing medium)
Spiral wound gasket minimum pretightening load y=68MPa
