Drip Tray of Low-temperature Valves
The low-temperature valve drip tray is a device designed for use in low-temperature environments to collect and discharge water droplets from valves. In low-temperature conditions, condensation or ice formation can occur inside the valve, which, if not properly managed, can hinder the valve’s performance. The drip tray effectively collects these water droplets and channels them through a drainage system to ensure the smooth operation and sealing of the valve. Constructed from materials specifically engineered to withstand low temperatures, the drip tray exhibits excellent resistance to cold and corrosion, making it suitable for use in demanding low-temperature environments.
The size of the drip tray can be determined according to operation requirements. This design can effectively prevent rainwater and other debris from entering the insulation layer, avoiding damage such as freezing and expansion of the insulation layer.
